It would appear that I have a very good potential investor. I have been requested to put together a presentation on the Phantasy Kingdom site for Wisconsin. I am not selling to them the company. Thats all paid for.
Anyone able to help with some ideas to make this. I need a couple of 'boards' with some fancy images. This has to present the concept plan for what I am doing here in WI.

You need to involve every one in your presentation. If they are old, talk about the activities we have for the older generation, for instance chess. If they are in there 30's to 50's them tell them about the jousting and the "Robin Hood". for the young adults (late teen's and 20's) tell them about the dungon crawl. and for the kidds tell them about the Kiddy Land. Try to pay attention to all catagories not just one. Every one wants to excape reality once and a while why not where every one can enjoy themselves and comletely forget about their day to day

When dealing with presentations to investors you need to keep one main thing in mind. That is what they are looking for. And what they are looking for more then anything else is “What am I going to get out of this?” They don’t care what the idea is, or how ‘cool’ it is to you. They want to know if it is going to make money.
When dealing with people are going to put money into your idea, you need to show them numbers on how much it is going to cost and how much income is going to be made over a 5 years period (typical to assume that you are going to be in the red for the first 2 years). They already know you think the idea is cool and going to work, but they are interested in the numbers over everything else.
Then you can get into how it is going to look and finer ideas later on in the presentation. You should show the plan of growth. Show them how you are starting out small and then working your way into a larger attraction and so on. To show them the final concept is fine and dandy, but you need to show them a starting point and take them through the process step by step.
Also be ready to have questions thrown at you at any time. DO NOT get frustrated. It is their way to make sure you know what you are talking about. Answer their question in a quick, concise, professional manner and then continue with the presentation.
Remember they are wanting to know that their money is going to be safe AND they are going to get a healthy return on their investment in your idea.
