lamps etc all by oil, with out drapes near them, no fires that way

Uuumm that's a LOT of oil dude. Just do electric lights with whats called a flickering bulb in them. It's a lot less costly in the long run.

Have solar panels on top of the roof, but out of sight of the general public. This provides power of batteries for storage. Then when the darknedd comes light sensors turn on the street lights that have flicker bulbs in them to add to the effect of an iol lit light. As for the rest of the stands, of done correctly you can gather enough engery from the solar cells for the stands. Sense mose are computer run, and computers do not run on THAT much power, there shouldn't be a problem. Of course fridges would need more power to run. Still the solar panels would cut costs of smaller things by 1/2.
