I believe that there should be at the very least a major meat seller
Butchery - Turkey - Chicken - Beef chunks
Bakery - Breads - Pastries?
Tavern - Lemonades (and teas) - Water (bottled) - ?
Did they have Pizzas or pastas in such times?
Please give me some more ideas.

Kind of, pizza as we know it is very modern, but the pizza dates back to a kind of pie the Italians made. I don't know exact timelines on that, but I'm thinking 16-1700s.
Soups and Hot Chocolate for cold nights might be a good idea as well.

I am starting to think that maybe some of the modern food stuffs, will be in our best interests.

too a point good steward. ya can prolly go with soups and bread bowls (mmmm bread bowls) but inviting some of renny cooks around would tell you yes to a point modern food stuffs are a good thing, but a great big ole turkey leg, that has to be eaten by hand while they walk around barbarian style is always fun too

I think that we will need a council rep to handle the Food and Bev area.
Also, I need a list of soups, 'bread bowls', and pizzas that we can add to the top list.
Food list completed!

It’s all fine and dandy to have the ‘historical foods’ for people to eat but tourists and the like could really care less of the ‘historical value’ of what they are eating. They want fast and easy, not a history lesson.
I would say have the historical foods there, but also have the good old favorites, like Indian tacos, hot dogs, funnel cake, burgers, and the like. You’ll be surprised how much more money is made from easily known foods sold at ungodly high prices.
I would ask that you think about having a sit down place that only deals with the historical foods. That way you can go all out with the sawdust floor, the serving wenches and the like.
