For any vendor that sells on any PK site, the vendor will pay a monthly vendor space charge.
In addition, the vendor will also pay $1.00 per every square foot of floor space used for the vendor shop. This space will be measured by all protrusions from the building onto the actual ground, regardless of how many levels there is.
