Here is my proposal.
35% --- Equal spread to Employees 25% --- To the Investors (equal spread) 05% --- Owner Draws Remaing profit to the upkeep

First pay off the staff and what bills need to be paid off. The remainder is as followed
I would drop 30% back into the business
Make preset arrangements with the investors for thier cut I would say total of 15% alloted to them. Remember that part of their money is counted as out bills
Set 20% aside for any "what if" problems that may pop up (and believe me it is going to happen)
Set another 20% into a bank account (high yeild savings would be the best) For back up and future projects.
The remain 15% would be devides equally to the core group (AKA the business owners AKA us)

I like most that. The biggset problem is keeping the monthly upkeep expense to stay within that 30% range.
One of they keys to remember is that we are providing food and lodging to the employees, so technically we dont have to pay mininum wage. We can split percentage profits.
Any vendors we have will pay us a booth fee, and share profits too.
So my counter prosol.
25% - To the members (Employees) 15% - To the investors 10% - To high yeild savings 5% - To Owner draws 45% - To upkeep
Thoughts?

Rule number 1 in business: Never allow anyone, except for those who NEED to know, exactly how much or little the gross income is.
You are always going to hace what is called 'set bills' these are going to happen no matter what business you are running.
Still I'm just offering what help I can. I haven't been appointed 'Head of Marketing'........ yet. LOL

With that, then we should set a monthly stipend amount for the members (employees).
Internships = $50 Regular members = $75 Lower staff = $100 Council = $125 Royals = $150
This will be per family or group, rather than by individual. Remember food and board is alraeady included and may offer other bennies.
