THis is mandatory!!!
We will have an enclosed building that is capable of being heated and air conditioned at any given time of the year. It will also be able to handle 4 patients.
A group of atleast six EMT certified persons will be roaming the Kingdom at any given time. or at the very least quickly accesible by foot or by radio.
Any other thoughts?

Six EMTs are very expensive, but probably a minimum level staffing to ensure 2-3 are available each day of operation. Security could be cross trained to assist the EMTs in moving patients to the medical center, reducing the need for so many trained professionals at once.

I figured this would be the highest cost area. I strongly feel tht thier would be no way to cust costs here and am willing to find the best solution to be safe and cost effective. IF you have other thoughts let me know. I know the cost of training these foks is high, but im sure thiere are some folks who would volunteer thier time. (I hope) as a non-profit org, we could get grants to assist in the training of these folks as well. I know the state has one for creating jobs in WI. - Who knows.
